Futureful · Career Atlas
Real career paths, learned from 102,822 résumés.
What skills actually define a role. Where people really go next. Which of your skills open the most doors. Not opinions, not a model's guess, the honest counts from real US résumés, and every number shows the count of real people behind it.
Every number has a receipt
Each skill, path, and move shows N, the exact number of real résumés behind it. When the evidence is thin, we say so instead of guessing.
Built from individuals, handed back
Aggregate intelligence learned from real people's résumés, returned to help the next person and the employers hiring them.
No fabrication, ever
We never invent a skill, a path, or a salary. If we don't have the data, you see an honest empty state, not a made-up number.

Every role in the Atlas
All 493 mapped roles, alphabetical. Each opens its real skill fingerprint and career moves.
Where the résumés are from
Real US state distribution, parsed from work and education history (51.1% have a locatable state).
How this is built
Compiled from 102,822 real, license-clean US résumés across every sector. Skill fingerprints rank each role's most distinctive skills by lift (how much more common a skill is in that role vs everywhere). Career moves come from real dated work history. Every figure carries its support count N; contact information is never stored or shown, this is an intelligence layer, not a contact list. Where evidence is thin (for example clinical healthcare), we show an honest empty state rather than a fabricated number. Read the full methodology
