How something works

Every tool on Futureful explains itself in the same words, wherever you meet it. If a page has an i next to its title, that is the explanation for that exact tool — written for the person using it, not for us.

Ask us a question

Email a real person on our team. We read every message. We usually reply within one business day, and we will not pretend it is faster than that.

Your account and role come along so the reply is right the first time. Nothing else is attached, and you can delete any of it before you send.

Report a safety concern

If something on Futureful made you uncomfortable, if an employer contacted you in a way that felt wrong, or if you think someone is not who they say they are — tell us and we will look at it the same day. You do not have to explain it well. A sentence is enough.

We only bring your account address, so we can find you. We will not ask you for anything else. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 — we are not an emergency service and we will not pretend to be.
