The Portal Billing Specialist is responsible for timely and accurate invoice submission through customer payment portals. This role manages daily portal billing activity, follows up on rejected invoices, processes credit card payments, and partners with internal teams to resolve billing issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment .
